Do you want to be more involved with your Community? If yes then this may be your opportunity: Anglesey Parish Council has a vacancy  - no election required!

Why not pop along to The Parish Room, All Saints Church 7.00 pm TONIGHT and observe a full council meeting? Agenda here

HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKE?  Quite often councillors say that their duties occupy them for about three hours a week, some spend more time than this - and some less. In the main, being a councillor is an enjoyable way of actively contributing to your community, helping to make it a better place to live and work. You are expected to attend monthly meetings held on the 2nd Thursday of the month 7:00 pm - 9:00 approx.

AM I QUALIFIED?  You have to be a British subject, or a citizen of the Commonwealth or the European Union; and be 18 years of age or over Plus be a local government elector for the Anglesey area or; during the whole of the last year occupied as owner or tenant any land or other premises in Anglesey or; had your principal or only place of work in Anglesey or for the last year lived in Anglesey, or within three miles of the boundary.
